OUTRIGGER Kona Resort & Spa invites guests and locals to raise a glass at the resort's newest culinary experience: Beats & Bubbles Brunch. Taking place on Sunday, August 31, 2025 this vibrant poolside brunch pairs gourmet flavors with sparkling sips and upbeat entertainment.

Guests will indulge in a Brunch Prix Fixe Menu ($85 per person) that includes one appetizer, entrée, dessert and bottomless mimosas - view selections below. Mimosas featuring Decoy Sparkling Brut and Decoy Brut Rosé. À la carte pricing available - see below.

Adding to the celebration, a live DJ will set the mood while attendees cheer on the Rubber Duck Race at the adult pool, making this an afternoon of fun, flavor, and festivity.
